BREIA is again offering one of its most popular educational seminars.  The material is pertinent to our tri-county area and includes specific aspects that will help “failure proof” your real estate investing.  This Educational Seminar has always been one of BREIA’s most attended events so come early to get your seat!

You will discover all the important aspects of how to write Purchase and Sale Contracts to protect yourself from liability.  We will also discuss ways to make certain you don’t lose deals to other investors or lose your deposit in case you change your mind.  What’s important in today’s rapidly changing markets is to be able to write contracts that you and your seller or buyer can understand!  But always knowing these contracts protect your interests.  You can close many more deals if you are able to have a seller sign a contract with confidence - let us show you how to do this!

For the first 200 attendees, BREIA will give copies of the exact contract that local investors use to safely do thousands of deals annually.
